Their pasta is produced with the highest quality corn flour and rice, guaranteeing excellent drying at low temperatures for periods of at least ten hours. The product has excellent cooking properties not usually found with this type of pasta. This pasta is compared to artisan pasta made with Italian wheat. The only exception is the presence of gluten.
